About Chips’N’Jobs
Chips’N’Jobs is an AI-powered platform created by women, for women. It’s designed to make job searching as fast and effortless as crunching through a pack of chips. Focused on supporting women in tech and related fields, it uses smart matching to surface relevant opportunities, even if they don’t tick every box. More than just a job search tool, Chips’N’Jobs is a supportive community that helps women grow their careers through networking, mentorship, and professional development.

The Challenge
Most job platforms feel impersonal, transactional, and overloaded with options that don’t quite fit. Chips’N’Jobs wanted to change that — to create a space that feels approachable, playful, and human-first. The goal was to build a brand that reflects confidence and warmth, while breaking away from the cold, corporate look typical of career platforms.

The Solution
The solution focuses on creating a brand that exudes confidence, warmth, and a distinctly human touch, while also being structured enough to scale beyond just marketing. Through a playful yet professional visual identity, a cohesive visual system, a clear typography hierarchy, character-driven elements, and a brand color system designed for consistency across marketing and future platform experiences, Chips’N’Jobs moves away from the cold, corporate aesthetic that is typical of most career platforms.
The logo plays a central role in this transformation, designed to feel friendly, approachable, and memorable while maintaining strength and credibility in professional contexts. Overall, the brand strategy emphasizes approachability and emotional connection, using design to foster a welcoming, supportive experience that reflects community, inclusivity, and growth.

The Approach
This project combined brand strategy, classic creative direction, and modern AI-powered workflows. I developed the brand strategy from the ground up, defining positioning, tone of voice, and visual direction to ensure the brand felt confident, human, and distinct within the career-tech space.
Execution blended traditional design tools with AI technologies to create a wide range of assets, including character design, visual systems, and video content. AI was used to accelerate exploration and production, while all creative direction, curation, and final decisions remained human-led, resulting in a brand that feels both thoughtfully crafted and future-facing.
